Project Oversight:

  • Manage all phases of mechanical projects, from planning through to execution and closure.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications for all mechanical installations and maintenance tasks.

Safety Management:

  • Champion health and safety by conducting regular assessments and enforcing safety measures.
  • Implement and supervise all necessary health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols related to mechanical projects.

Team Leadership:

  • Direct and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Resource Coordination:

  • Oversee project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to enhance efficiency and minimize costs.

Client Engagement:

  • Foster strong client relationships by providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues that arise.
