Job Title: Technology Delivery/Project Manager

Job Type: Part-time, 21 hours per week

Fixed Term: 6 months

Salary: £35,000 FTE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technology Delivery/Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for sole project management responsibility for key digital transformation projects, such as SharePoint and Website update.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide robust and effective project coordination and administration support to the wider project delivery team on a variety of technology projects.
  • Creation and maintenance of key project documentation such as project plans and RAID logs.
  • Track and report on project progress to the dedicated Project Board.
  • Work with the business and combine agile and waterfall best practices to ensure project success.
  • Budget and expenditure tracking and reporting to the Head of Technology Programme Delivery.

Requirements:

  • You have a recognised qualification in Project Management or significant digital project management experience.
  • Have a successful track record of delivering impactful projects to time, quality and budget.
  • Have experience in MS projects and other project management tools.
  • Can build effective relationships with business users and external stakeholders.
