Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Manager to drive commercial performance within the Sales function. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end process of writing and submitting bids, proposals, and tenders for educational opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Bid Development: Lead the development of bids, proposals, and tenders for educational opportunities, ensuring all submissions meet the required standards.
- Research: Conduct thorough research to identify potential funding opportunities, understand requirements, and gather relevant data and information to support bid submissions.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality content for bid submissions, including writing and editing.
- Project Management: Manage multiple bids simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met and the submission process is organized and efficient.
- Compliance: Ensure all bids comply with relevant guidelines, standards, and criteria specified by funders, including legal and financial regulations.
- Editing and Review: Edit and proofread bid documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity, maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on trends, policies, and best practices in the education sector and incorporate this knowledge into bid strategies.
Requirements
