  • Monitor customer satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly and professionally

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Supervisor or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varied shifts and tasks
