Health System Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health System Director to lead our Woking Hospital team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the operational performance of the hospital, delivering profitable growth, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational management of the hospital, including financial and budget responsibility.
  • Driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Leading the quality agenda and ensuring patient safety.
  • Accountability for budgets, PNL, and operating costs.

Requirements:
