- Teach swimming lessons to children and adults, developing their water confidence and skills
- Communicate with customers and their families, providing feedback and guidance on their progress
- Assist in the supervision of customers in the swimming pool and surrounding areas, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Develop excellent communication skills, working closely with customers and colleagues
- Gain the Level 2 Swim Teaching qualification, with training and support provided
- Enhanced DBS check required
