Graduate SEND Teaching Assistant | Job Summary

We are seeking a caring and talented Psychology Graduate to support our pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) as a Graduate SEND Teaching Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting pupils with SEND and promoting their physical, social, and emotional welfare.
  • Understanding and implementing the aims of pupils' Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) in the learning environment and school schedule.
  • Keeping accurate records and attending review meetings, working collaboratively with SEND professionals.
  • Competitive daily rate of £90-£95 (including holiday pay), paid weekly via PAYE.

Requirements:

  • Obtained a degree in Psychology or Criminology from a Top 20 UK University.
  • Previous child-centred experience is desirable.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding principles and their application in this role.
  • Flexibility, proactivity, and patience are essential.
