Commercial Electrical Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Maintenance Manager to lead our team of engineers, supervisors, and contract managers in delivering exceptional electrical building services maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in commercial electrical maintenance, with a proven track record of managing multi-million-pound maintenance contracts on a national basis.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of electrical engineers and supervisors to deliver high-quality maintenance services
  • Managing maintenance contracts and ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Developing and implementing business development strategies to grow the electrical services division
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their electrical maintenance needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards

The successful candidate will have:

  • A strong technical background in commercial electrical maintenance
  • Proven experience in managing electrical teams and maintenance contracts
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Ability to travel across the country when needed
