Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled AI Prompt Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our AI development team, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and optimising prompts to drive AI performance. Your expertise will help us refine our AI models, ensuring seamless interactions between users and our AI systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and test prompts to drive AI performance, leveraging your knowledge of large language models and natural language processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align prompt engineering with broader business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyse AI performance, identifying patterns, inconsistencies, or areas of improvement.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in AI, NLP, and machine learning, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and best practices.
  • Contribute to the user experience, ensuring that prompts facilitate intuitive interactions between users and our AI systems.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in AI, NLP, or a related field.
  • Strong familiarity with large language models and natural language processing.
  • Proven expertise in designing, testing, and optimising prompts to drive AI performance.
  • Proficient in programming languages and frameworks such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

  • Competitive salary range: £50,000-£70,000 (dependent on experience).
