Job Title: Homecare Support Worker

Job Summary:

HRM Homecare is seeking a reliable and compassionate Carer to provide help and encouragement to individuals in their own homes. As a Carer, you will deliver quality care through daily tasks such as washing, dressing, toileting, and meal preparation. You will also provide social and emotional support, accompany service users to appointments, and build a warm yet professional relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping tasks
  • Provide social and emotional support, including companionship and emotional support
  • Accompany service users to appointments and social events
  • Cooperate with relevant health and social care providers

Requirements:
