Job Title: Refrigeration Engineer

At The Bond Group, we are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the manufacture and refurbishment of refrigeration units to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manufacture and/or refurbish refrigeration units to ensure high-quality products.
  • Assemble or refurbish cases in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Maintain a high level of Health & Safety in the workplace.
  • Perform additional related work as directed by the Team Leader.
Day-to-Day Operation and Functionality:
  • Report to the Team Leader to ensure new cabinet and/or refurbished refrigeration units are made/reworked to the highest standard.
  • Be available to work in other departments as and when requested.
Time Management:
  • Be flexible with regard to hours worked, including weekends and overtime.
  • Demonstrate excellent levels of attendance, punctuality, and reliability.
Requirements:
  • Good numeracy skills.
  • Experience of working within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with hand tools.
  • Basic electrical knowledge.
Training:
  • Manual Handling.
  • Abrasive Wheels– key personnel.
