Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain financial reports and budgets for country programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with donor requirements.
- Provide technical financial support to country finance teams, including training and capacity building.
- Collaborate with the International Finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to donors and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with donor regulations and internal policies.
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management, preferably in an international humanitarian organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
