We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our Children's Home in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each young person.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including parents, carers, and other professionals, to promote the welfare of our young people.
- Ensure the home maintains high-quality care standards, adhering to regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Address complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- At least 2 years of experience in residential care of children, with a supervisory role within the last 5 years.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) or willingness to start within 6 months.
- Knowledge of The Quality Standards, SCCIF, childcare legislation, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage challenging behavior.
- Full UK driving license.
- Competitive salary up to £46,000 per annum.
- Comprehensive induction and management development training.
- Annual quality and commercial bonus.
