Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and medication management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and our care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to identify and address client needs, and to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our care services, including identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting innovative solutions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge, and to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care work, preferably in a home care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the changing needs of our clients.
  • Basic knowledge of care principles and practices, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (for some roles).
