Within the Surgery Directorate, we highly value our Physiotherapy Specialists, who are essential to the daily operations of our Clinical Services, ensuring that patient care remains our top priority. In the Head and Neck Specialty Business Unit, we provide care for urgent, routine, and cancer patients in outpatient settings and surgical environments.
This role is dynamic and varied; each day presents new challenges. As a Physiotherapy Specialist, you will engage in diverse administrative tasks, maintain regular communication with patients and clinical team members, and ensure the efficient operation of the department, all while prioritizing patient care.

· Provide comprehensive administrative support to Consultants and their Clinical Teams by managing incoming correspondence, disseminating information, drafting reports, maintaining organized filing systems, and continuously enhancing administrative practices to ensure efficiency.
· Represent the Head and Neck Specialty Business Unit by responding to inquiries from staff, patients, and others in a professional and courteous manner.
· Address customer concerns promptly, aiming for immediate resolution in line with the organization's procedures.
· Communicate effectively with a diverse range of staff, users, and visitors, utilizing various communication methods to convey information appropriately.
· Follow up on issues with relevant parties to ensure deadlines are met.
· Maintain effective administrative systems, including tracking and message management.
