We are seeking a Loan Risk Analyst to become a vital part of our Zenith auto division.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls from customer service and initiate outbound calls to ensure clear communication of decisions.
- Process new applications and inquiries swiftly, professionally, and in accordance with business service level agreements and regulatory standards.
- Review applications within set timelines, following up regularly and collaborating with the Sales Team as necessary.
- Address customer inquiries and facilitate contract adjustments.
- Assist team members with internal inquiries and provide support during peak periods.
- Navigate multiple systems including Internalweb, D365, TransUnion, and OneSPan.
- Analyze trends and root causes of both approved and denied applications, offering recommendations for potential adjustments to Zenith's policies and procedures.
Required Experience:
- Knowledge of underwriting and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively via phone, email, and in person.
- Proficient in crafting clear, professional, and friendly correspondence.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to engage with internal stakeholders effectively.
- Problem-solving skills to navigate ambiguity and challenges.
- Composure and resilience to manage high-volume pressures.
