- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and the needs of students with autism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet the changing needs of our students.
- Enhanced DBS clearance and references will be required.
