About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at Harvester. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, including managing staff, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Train and develop your team to deliver outstanding food, drink, and service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the business.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to identify opportunities for growth and implement initiatives to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring that the restaurant operates within budget and that all financial targets are met.
