Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team at The Recruitment Co. as a Fabrication Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out welding and cutting operations to repair, maintain, and fabricate equipment and machinery.
  • Must hold valid coded welding licenses or be a time-served welder.
  • Subject to a weld-test on interview to assess skill set.

Working Conditions:

  • Working 8am-8:30pm, 5 days a week.
  • Your days off will be Sunday and one day off in the week.

Compensation:

  • The starting salary is a minimum of £13.50 per hour.
  • Umbrella rate is £16.50 per hour.
  • Subject to a month trial period, and if successful, rate of pay will be reviewed to reflect individual's experience, skill set, and commitment to the role.
