Your Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, medication management, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.

- Promote independence and self-advocacy among clients.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Support Worker in a similar setting.

- Current membership of the PVG scheme and registration with SSSC (or willingness to register).
