We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant. As a Psychology Graduate, you will play a vital role in providing social, emotional, and academic support to students with learning difficulties and mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with various behavioural, emotional, and learning challenges
- Assist students in improving their interpersonal and communication skills, as well as their numeracy and literacy understanding
- Apply psychological theories and engage in restorative and therapeutic practices to support students
- Participate in future training within the school, with the option to join the therapeutic and pastoral teams on site
Requirements:
- Psychology Graduate degree
- Positive, caring, and nurturing individual with a passion for helping others
- Ability to work with students with varying needs and abilities
