Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day running of a 5-bedded service
- Develop and implement person-centered support plans
- Conduct care needs assessments
- Recruit and induct new colleagues
- Complete supervisions/appraisals and medication audits
- Attend multi-disciplinary meetings and complete quarterly audits and reports
- Effectively manage the service's P&L
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements
- Annual salary of £35,000 to £36,000
