Conveyancing Legal Secretary Opportunity

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a skilled Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join its team in Birmingham. As a Conveyancing Legal Secretary, you will play a vital role in supporting the conveyancing team by handling administrative tasks that facilitate property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, including contracts and transfer deeds, from dictation
  • Manage diaries and coordinate appointments for fee earners
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other professionals throughout the conveyancing process
  • Assist with Land Registry applications and manage post-completion tasks
  • Provide general administrative support to the conveyancing team
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months' experience working in a Conveyancing department, preferably in a legal secretary or administrative role
  • Proficient in taking dictation and preparing legal documents
  • Strong organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience with post-completion tasks such as Land Registry applications is advantageous
