Boutique Manager

Jo Malone London is a renowned fragrance house known for its elegant and sophisticated scents. As a Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets. You will create and execute a business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting and exceptional customer relationship management.
Creativity is at the heart of our business. From signature Hand and Arm massages to hosting wedding consultations, our services and events are highly sought after. As a Boutique Manager, you will elevate these in-store experiences and draw success from them. You will also be accountable for the smooth running of the store and ensuring all team members are aligned with the Boutique and Brand vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Advisors
- Create and execute a business plan to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Develop and implement strategic targeting and customer relationship management initiatives
- Elevate in-store experiences and events to drive sales and customer engagement
- Ensure the smooth running of the store and alignment with the Boutique and Brand vision

Qualifications
- Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
- Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation
- Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
- Experience of creating and executing in-store events
- Flexible availability across days/hours
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Proof of right to live and work in the country
