Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our QA department as a Quality Assurance Apprentice. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the QA department and work closely with experienced staff to learn new skills and complete a level 3 business administrator apprenticeship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and maintaining documents for customers, with training and support provided.
  • Maintaining and updating internal systems, including SAP, Teams, and Excel, with training and support provided.
  • Supporting the QA department with maintaining an organized filing system.
  • Coordinating with internal and external departments.
