Role and Responsibilities:

In your capacity as the Financial Planning Manager, you will leverage your expertise in Brixx modeling to create scenarios that will enhance and sustain our 30-year business strategy, enabling informed decision-making regarding our financial health and growth opportunities. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing treasury operations and cash flow forecasting.
- Supporting liquidity strategies by providing precise and timely cash flow data.
- Delivering sector-specific insights and market intelligence.
- Utilizing your understanding of the business landscape to evaluate risks and opportunities.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A full accounting qualification.
- Experience with Housing Brixx software.
- Expertise in treasury management.
- Knowledge of cash flow management principles.
- Advanced skills in spreadsheet modeling.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- A positive mindset and dedication to exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will be based in our Bradford office, with a requirement to attend monthly team meetings. While we promote agile working, you are encouraged to work from the office once a week to immerse yourself in our culture.
We provide the necessary equipment and software for your role, but you will need to ensure a suitable workspace and reliable internet connection.
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary for this position is £61,253 per annum for candidates who meet all the role requirements. Those who do not meet every criterion will start at a reduced salary of 5% or 10% below the standard rate.

Additional Benefits Include:
- 28 days of paid leave (pro-rata, excluding bank holidays), increasing by one day per year up to a maximum of one working week.
