Mechanical Missile Architect - Graduate Programme

We are seeking a talented and ambitious graduate to join our Mechanical Missile Architecture team as a Mechanical Engineer. This is a 2-year graduate programme starting in September 2025, offering a unique opportunity to work on exciting projects and develop your skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

About the Role

As a Mechanical Missile Architect, you will work closely with our customers and product development teams to establish coherent top-level missile designs. You will be responsible for managing the equipment design process, performing risk analysis, and managing the on-quality, on-schedule, and on-cost delivery of supplier hardware.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage missile design processes
  • Perform risk analysis and supplier down select
  • Manage project delivery using project management skills and toolsets
  • Collaborate with technical functions and provide direct input towards project delivery
What We're Looking For

We are looking for a degree-qualified individual in an Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Production/Manufacturing Engineering discipline (minimum 2:2). You should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
