About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our team at Little Stars Nursery @Kidz Planet. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading a team of childcare professionals in providing high-quality care and education to our young children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of childcare professionals in providing care and education to children aged 2 and under
• Develop and implement engaging and challenging educational programs
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children in your care
• Collaborate with other staff members to achieve team goals and objectives
• Contribute to the development and implementation of nursery policies and procedures

Requirements:

• At least 1 year's recent experience working in a nursery
• NVQ Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent (Level 2 considered with relevant experience)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
