Position Overview...

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will engage in a fast-paced service environment, working alongside the infrastructure team on diverse projects and providing high-level support for escalated service desk issues. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing projects for clients across a broad range of infrastructure technologies.

This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects and engage in customer site visits, ensuring a diverse and stimulating workload.

Key Qualifications...

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of both cloud and on-premise infrastructure, including:

  • Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory Domain Services across IaaS/PaaS platforms
  • Windows Server, Virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware)
  • Exchange, Intune, Microsoft 365, PowerShell
  • Storage solutions (SAN, NAS, iSCSI)
  • VPNs and Private Cloud services

*A foundational knowledge of network routing, switching, firewall configurations, and SQL Server is preferred but not mandatory.

You should possess strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues effectively.

A systematic approach to troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure challenges is essential.

Excellent customer-facing skills, along with strong communication and collaboration abilities, are required.

You should be capable of documenting processes and producing clear, concise reports.

Additionally, the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is crucial.
