Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Sandstone Care Group. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, providing exceptional food quality and service to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and maintain cooking equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to the highest standards.
- Assist with food preparation, including washing and peeling vegetables, and cooking meals.
- Support the kitchen team with food service, including plating and serving meals.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a kitchen environment.
- Level 2 in food hygiene is desirable but not essential.
