We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Executive to lead our efforts in expanding our market presence and driving sales growth.

In this role, you will be tasked with enhancing sales performance across the North London territory, specifically targeting regions between Watford and Enfield. You will play a pivotal role in our business expansion initiatives, including the launch of new operational sites.

Your primary focus will be on promoting a diverse range of products including UPVC Roofline, cladding, rainwater systems, windows, doors, aluminium bi-folds, and Rockdoor. While experience in these products is advantageous, we are open to providing training for the right individual.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust sales strategy, exceptional negotiation abilities, and a commitment to supporting our depot expansion plans.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a network of partners and clients to optimize sales across all channels.
  • Engage with and nurture your depot teams.
  • Proactively promote innovative products by identifying solutions to customer and industry challenges.
  • Generate accurate monthly sales forecasts.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Oversee sales activities within your designated region.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in selling construction-related products is preferred but not essential.
  • Proven track record in new business development and sales account management within the construction and building products sector, particularly in fascia, soffit, guttering, drainage systems, and related products.
  • A strong drive and enthusiasm for securing new business while fostering relationships with existing clients.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
