Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Stores Operative at one of our sites in Thrapston. As a key member of the Insite team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the site's operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and procure items in line with customer requirements and demands, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Support the consistent delivery of agreed levels of customer service, fostering strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Identify and implement unit cost reduction savings against previous suppliers and OEMs, driving business growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other team members to address customer enquiries and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Arrange site visits with preferred supply partners to explore opportunities for value-added activities and enhance our supply chain.
  • Proactively seek out sales opportunities across site leasing with various departments, driving revenue growth and business development.
Key Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a strong work ethic and ability to see tasks through to completion.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with transferable skills and a proven track record of success.
