About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our Supported Living team at CareTech Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the day-to-day delivery of care, ensuring service user needs are met and managing the service in the absence of the Manager.
  • Be responsible for the care, welfare, and safety of service users and the health and safety of staff.
  • Coordinate the service and participate in reviews, reassessing person-centred support plans to ensure they are up-to-date and in line with individual needs.
  • Undertake regular supervisions with staff, act as a skills coach, and chair regular team meetings.
  • Participate in the recruitment of staff within an equal opportunities framework.
Requirements
  • Health and Social Care Level 3 Qualification
  • Good communication skills, enabling engagement and interaction with service users
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Confidence to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for making a positive impact on someone's life
  • Good written skills
