We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our Commercial team at Glendale. As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for undertaking grounds maintenance work, including mowing large grassed areas, strimming, blowing, line marking, and renovation, hedge trimming, and general maintenance to shrub beds.
Key Responsibilities:- Undertake grounds maintenance work, including mowing, strimming, blowing, and line marking
- Trim hedges and maintain shrub beds
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including sports markings and hard surface spraying operations
- Full, clean driving licence
- Experience of driving light commercial vehicles and towing trailers (desirable)
- Reliable and conscientious with a can-do attitude
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Previous experience of grounds maintenance work, horticultural tasks, and use of handheld machinery (desirable)
