Electrical Maintenance Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Lead to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing both the Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering teams, providing technical leadership, and implementing strategies to drive project success.

About the Role:

  • Manage Engineering teams
  • Provide electrical engineering recommendations and technical support
  • Assist with allocation, budgeting, resource planning, and scheduling
  • Ensure on-time product development by collaborating with other leaders to estimate schedules and solve problems quickly
  • Monday to Friday (08:00 - 16:00)
  • Ensure development processes fall within established timelines
  • Responsible Electrical site duty holder

About You:

  • Electrical Engineering Supervisor experience or similar
  • Experience leading teams
  • NVQ or Higher in a relevant Electrical field
