Position: Mechanical Quality Assurance Specialist

Overview:
Our client is seeking a Mechanical Quality Assurance Specialist to enhance their expanding workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections and evaluations of materials and components.
  • Utilize various methodologies and techniques in line with job specifications, technical drawings, and applicable quality standards.
  • Prepare detailed inspection and non-conformance reports, documenting all testing activities within the company’s system.
  • Generate inspection documentation in compliance with the organization’s quality management policies.
  • Collaborate with team members, suppliers, and clients to address and resolve quality-related concerns.
  • Support the effective execution of ongoing quality initiatives, including continuous improvement programs.

Quality Standards:
ISO 9001 Quality Management System, among others.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Proficient in the use of inspection instruments such as Verniers and Micrometers.
  • Familiarity with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and Liquid Penetrant Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) is a plus.
  • Capable of interpreting and understanding technical drawings and CAD models.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday.
