Senior Hardware Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hardware Engineer to join our team in Cambridge. As a key member of our Hardware Team, you will be responsible for delivering development projects and working on Wireless/Cellular based Hardware Development and testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the team in the delivery of development projects.
  • Work on Wireless/Cellular based Hardware Development and testing.
  • Compliance testing.
  • Testing and verifying product performance/endurance against design specifications and producing test reports.
  • Hands-on debugging/reworking, hardware bring-up, use of standard lab equipment.
  • Knowledge of Altium designer (or other similar CAD packages).
  • Design for manufacturing and Design for testing.
Requirements:
  • Qualification in Electronics.
  • Ability to use industry-standard CAD tools + library management.
  • Knowledge of Telecommunication standards, 2G, 3G, LTE, CDMA with knowledge of cellular protocol stack.
  • Knowledge of Protocols TCP/IP, Sockets, HTTP etc.
  • Knowledge of the RF basic concepts and the RF systems.
  • Design/schematic capture/PCB Layout/validation.
