Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Funeral Administrator to join our team. As a Funeral Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for families during the bereavement process, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our company's service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients through the funeral arranging process, providing guidance on available options and funeral types.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to deliver funerals in accordance with client instructions.
  • Process funeral paperwork and maintain accurate records.
  • Accompany families to the Chapel of Rest, providing emotional support and guidance.

Requirements

  • Compassionate nature with strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in the funeral industry.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Flexible approach to working hours and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
