Salary: £42,500 - £46,250

As a General Manager, you will report directly to the Regional Operations Manager and play a crucial role in the success of our establishment. Your primary focus will be on building a high-performing team and delivering exceptional service to our patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Motivate, mentor, and lead your management and staff to ensure high retention rates.
- Optimize revenue by analyzing sales data and forecasting effectively.
- Manage controllable costs and site profit and loss statements.
- Collaborate with the Regional Operations Manager to achieve long-term business objectives.
- Foster individual performance through regular feedback sessions.
