Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be organized, innovative, and capable of delivering engaging lessons while demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. Monitoring and assessing student progress is crucial for planning effective interventions and ensuring all learners acquire essential skills for success.

While prior teaching experience is preferred, it is not mandatory as training will be provided. A positive attitude, empathy towards students, and effective classroom management are essential attributes.

We are particularly interested in candidates with skills in coding and programming, aligning with our current curriculum, including the Digital Production Design and Production T-Level.

The successful applicant will be responsible for teaching various study programs and courses from Level 1 to Level 3, inspiring students to excel in their academic pursuits.

Salary Information

Note that there are two salary scale points for our Lecturer roles. New candidates will start at the introductory scale unless specific criteria are met. Progression on the salary scale is possible after completing one full academic year of teaching, subject to approval.
