Job Title: Training Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Advisor to join our team at Educators Wales. As a Training Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting learners in achieving their qualifications in Aeronautical Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with learners and clients to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Ensure that learners achieve their qualifications within the specified timeframe and meet internal and external requirements.
  • Support learners in the workplace, delivering apprenticeships in Aeronautical Engineering.
  • Communicate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure achievement of learner qualifications in line with internal delivery processes and external standards.
  • Represent Educators Wales in a professional manner and promote all available services as opportunities arise.
  • Liaise with the sales team to ensure learners are recruited in line with the business plan and targets are met.
  • Carry out assessment and verification processes in accordance with internal quality systems and procedures.
  • Ensure all associated administrative tasks are completed to the required standards.
  • Monitor the working environment of learners and report any unsafe practices or surroundings.
  • Respond promptly to internal and external audits and deal professionally with any complaints received.
  • Effectively manage the working diary to ensure all learners within the caseload are visited accordingly.
  • Adhere to all equal opportunities and diversity-related legislation concerning learners, clients, and colleagues.
