Job Title: Client Services Executive

Join Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) as a Client Services Executive and contribute to our mission of ensuring every talented person can benefit from the best business education for them.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Executive to support the GMAC Media team in delivering effective client marketing campaigns. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with editorial, marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless client communication and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and execute daily campaign activity for clients, including email marketing, webinar setup, advertising copy chasing, profile updates, and more.
  • Coordinate project status from initial stage through to completion, ensuring timely communication between departments and clients.
  • Provide regular updates on campaign performance, alerting to delays and potential overruns.
  • Pull campaign data from multiple sources to create comprehensive campaign performance reports.
  • Attend and contribute to regular production meetings, ensuring effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor processes and suggest improvements to enhance campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Create, communicate, and execute project work plans, revising as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder input and requirements, ensuring relevant information is communicated and team members are up to date.
  • Utilize CRM, email, and reporting platforms to update content, data, and dashboards as needed.
  • Maintain performance tracking and reporting processes, minimizing and mitigating exposure and risk on projects.
  • Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion, ensuring client satisfaction and campaign success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in media, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience working in an office and/or client-facing environment.
  • Marketing/media experience, either through a degree program or on-the-job work experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project planning skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment, with a problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for process improvement.
  • Strong analytical and multitasking capabilities, with the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Ability to work in-office and/or remotely, according to GMAC's hybrid work environment.
Desired Skills/Experience:
  • Experience working on project/program management using tools like Asana and Trello.
  • Google Analytics experience.
  • Experience with reporting on Excel and building dashboards.
  • Email marketing platform knowledge.
  • A passion for web, social, and digital technologies.
