We are seeking a highly skilled Audit Manager to join our Not-for-Profit sector team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading multiple audit engagements, overseeing and developing junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring high-quality services are delivered to our clients.
- Develop and manage junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business growth and improve services.
Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant or Part Qualified, with a strong background in Not-for-Profit sector audit.
- Proven experience in leading external audits, with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
- Technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, FRS 102, and Companies Act, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
- Experience in managing, training, and coaching audit trainees, with a focus on their development and growth.
- Proficiency in using audit software and Microsoft packages, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
