Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Connect Transform Sustain (CTS). As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our contracts and managing a team to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and service delivery to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Ensure contract governance and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Lead and motivate a team of contract management and administrative staff
  • Provide regular reports to directors on contract performance
  • Attend internal and external meetings to discuss contract progress and issues
  • Review and implement process improvements to enhance contract delivery
  • Manage financial and budgetary aspects of contracts
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless contract delivery

Requirements:

  • 10 years' experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in contract management
  • Extensive experience in managing senior teams and leading contract delivery
  • Knowledge of contracts, including NEC form of contract
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Flexibility to work overtime when required
