About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Team Manager to lead our Family Safeguarding team in Bury. As a key member of our Children's Services team, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our vision of 'Let's Do it for Children.'

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of social workers and other professionals to provide high-quality services to children and families.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to prevent child abuse and neglect.
  • Work closely with other agencies to ensure a coordinated approach to supporting families.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent services.
  • Contribute to the development of our Family Safeguarding model and ensure its effective implementation.
