Are you an experienced Corporate Insurance Account Manager?


As a pivotal client-facing representative of our organization, you will hold the primary responsibility for arranging and securing suitable coverage for both new and existing clients.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in the ongoing expansion of the business by actively identifying new sales opportunities through networking and transforming them into enduring partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve annual and monthly new business and retention targets in alignment with company objectives through networking and cultivating long-term relationships with clients and insurers.
  • Assist the Sales and Marketing Director and support Directors in meeting the company's income and retention goals.
  • Drive strategic profitable growth by managing a portfolio of corporate clients and fostering long-term trusted advisor relationships.
  • Provide account management services to clients and insurers in accordance with the company's service level agreements, while adhering to renewal timelines and procedures.
  • Deliver new business presentations and renewal reports to both existing and prospective clients.
  • Regularly assess existing client needs, identifying areas of underinsurance or coverage gaps, and propose effective solutions.
  • Leverage the company's in-house claims service to enhance both new and existing business.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the claims team to ensure that significant claims are managed in accordance with service level agreements.
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes within the industry.
  • Serve as a knowledge resource and support for all team members.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as required by the company, with the understanding that variations may occur based on business needs and individual skill sets.
