About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Patient Services Team Lead to join our team at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our patient services, providing administrative support to our clinical divisions, and contributing to the development of our patient administration systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to our clinical divisions, including validation, registration, and expedited patient management.
- Develop and implement effective patient administration systems and processes, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Work closely with our central and specialty administration teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Train and mentor new and existing administrative staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Contribute to the development of our patient services team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance our services.
