We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at The Principal York. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and maintain the Chapter House Bar to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest needs and preferences.
  • Prepare and serve a range of drinks, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
  • Upsell and promote our bar food and beverage menus to guests.
  • Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage team to ensure seamless service.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of mixology and ability to create innovative cocktails.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
