Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at First Choice Selection Services. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in promoting patient-centered care and independence, completing patient care plans, and administering prescribed medication in accordance with NMC guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, prioritizing their needs and well-being
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, in collaboration with healthcare professionals
  • Administer prescribed medication, adhering to NMC guidelines and regulations
  • Liaise with GPs, occupational therapists, and other external bodies to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements:
