In Bristol, you can expect to be part of a small Planning team that has major growth plans for the coming months, which will mirror the large teams created in other major cities throughout the UK.
This highly reputable Consultancy are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive team player with experience in private sector consultancy or local authority.
You will have strong communication skills, a passion for sharing knowledge, and a drive to learn and contribute to the team's ongoing success, alongside a solid understanding of the planning process, including applications, policy frameworks, and appeals.
The ability to engage in critical thinking, project management, and negotiation will be essential, and skills such as being capable of preparing planning appraisals and documentation, as well as engaging with planning authorities and stakeholders will be well utilised.
